Ex-Employee Charged With Computer Crimes

Dylan David Hubina, 18, of 214 High St., Bristol, was arrested Feb. 3 on Farmington Avenue and charged with failure to carry registration or insurance identification, operating under the influence under 21, operating an unregistered motor vehicle and operating under the influence. He was released on $1,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear Feb. 15, 2012.

Jason Larosa, 30, of 37 Stoneycrest Drive, Middletown, turned himself in on a warrant Feb. 2 and was charged with first-degree computer crimes. Larosa is accused of accessing a former employer’s computer system remotely and causing an estimated $20,000 worth of damage, according to arrest reports. He was released on $25,000 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear Feb. 7, 2012.

Edward Michael Andrews, 44, of 22 Brent Drive, Vernon, was arrested Feb. 6 at the intersection of Colt Highway and Scott Swamp Road and charged with failure to drive properly and operating under the influence. He was released on $1,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear Feb.15, 2012.

Rafael Duval, 32, of 228 Whiting St., New Britain, was arrested Feb. 4 at JC Penney after allegedly stealing sneakers with his 14-year-old son. Duval was charged with conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny, sixth-degree larceny and risk of injury to a minor. He was released on $5,000 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear Feb. 14, 2012.

Mateusz Wesolowski, 19, of 12 Mossa Drive, Bristol, was arrested Feb. 4 in Farmington and charged with failure to keep right on a curve or hill, operating under the influence under 21, operating under the influence, possession of drug paraphernalia with marijuana, possession of less than half an ounce of marijuana. He was released on $1,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear Feb. 15, 2012.
