Man Accused of Assaulting Wife With Pizza

Arrests for Jan. 18

Arthur Genovese, 50, of 323 Scott Swamp Road was arrested Jan. 17 at the police station and charged with second-degree breach of peace and interfering with a 911 call. According to police documents, Genovese is accused of throwing a pizza at his wife, which hit her in the face. When his wife tried to call 911, Genovese allegedly knocked the phone from her hands and ripped the phone out of the wall. He was released on $5,000 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear Jan. 18, 2011.

Kalin Bucholz, 28, of 48 Welch St., Plainville, was arrested Jan. 18 on Plainville Avenue and charged with speeding and operating under the influence. He was released on $250 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear Jan. 26, 2011.

Richard Allen Breed, 40, of 5 Cadbury Turnpike, Avon, was arrested Jan. 18 at the intersection of Brickyard Road and Lakeshore Drive and charged with failure to drive right and operating under the influence. He was released on $250 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear Jan. 26, 2011.
