The Crossroads of History and Hollywood: David Ward, Civil War Tours president, is coming to the Avon Free Public Library to talk about giving Stephen Spielberg and Daniel Day Lewis a tour of Gettysburg and the history of Lincoln's visit there. The event starts Tuesday, Aug. 20 at 7 p.m. and more information is available on the town website.
