An Evening of Music with the Jupiter String Quartet at the Hartt School Community Division

In residence at the Hartt School Community Division’s David Einfeldt Chamber Music Seminar, the Jupiter String Quartet will be presenting an evening of music on Tuesday, August 5, at 6:00 p.m.  This event is free and open to the public. Please join us for a string quartet experience including selections by Mozart, Bartok and Dvorak performed by this celebrated ensemble. The Jupiter String Quartet was formed in 2001 and currently resides in Boston, Massachusetts. The quartet has recently been recognized as first prize recipient in the Banff International String Quartet Competition, grand prize recipient in the Fischoff National Chamber Music Competition, as well as being awarded the Chamber Music America’s Cleveland Quartet Award. The performance will take place in Millard Auditorium on the University of Hartford campus, 200 Bloomfield Ave., West Hartford.
