Farmington High School has the largest number of students in the northern region of Connecticut selected for the All-Conference Musician Award

The most talented high school students from the northern region of Connecticut were selected as All-Conference musicians by CMEA this year.  These students audition with collegiate solo literature before state judges.  Additionally students perform scales and sight reading measuring their musicianship in the auditions. The top musicians are selected and perform in a music festival sponsored by the Connecticut Music Educators Association (CMEA).  Farmington High School had the largest number of students selected for this honor of the northern region towns.  Eighty-three students were selected from Farmington High School for the CT All-Conference Musician Award.
