The goal is to upgrade the Village’s heating infrastructure and to take advantage of the many programs and incentives being offered by utility companies, in particular, CNG and CL&P. World Energy Solutions, Inc., an energy management company, led New Horizons through an extensive audit and identified priority areas.  World Energy tirelessly worked with the utilities companies to ensure New Horizons was accessing all possible incentive dollars.  The end result is a comprehensive project that will include lighting, insulation, HVAC Controls, natural gas conversion, the installation of high efficiency boilers, and the removal of oil tanks.
