Unfortunately the weather did not cooperate for the 17th Annual Town Wide Clean Up yesterday. Despite the weather many hardy souls turned out to Clean Up Farmington, gathering nearly 1000 pounds of trash! Most of the litter the volunteers found was plastic bags, coffee cups, cigarette butts, and alcohol bottles. Sadly there is still more to do. We invite you to grab a bag and a friend and head out to finish the job. Areas such as Route 6 and Route 4 all are in need of a cleaning.
