Our Wild and Scenin River...Twenty Years Later

Most people know that the Upper Farmington River (Canton to Colebrook) was designated as a Wild & Scenic River in 1994 as a partnership between the local and Federal goveernments.  It has been almost twenty years. 
Join us at Roaring Brook Nature Center in Canton on Thursday, the 3rd from 7:30-8:30 to discuss the successes and issues.

This discussion may be enlightening since the Lower Farmington River is seeking the same designation.
This is the third of five "River Talks" honoring the Farmington River Watershed Association's 60th anniversary.

In the event of a continuing "shutdown" Eileen Fielding and David Sinish of the FRWA will present.
