Sacred Sounds Concert Series Presents: Mozart’s Requiem at the Cathedral of St. Joseph

On Friday, March 7 at 7:30 pm, Sacred Sounds will present a performance of Mozart’s Requiem given by the combined Hartt School Choruses, the Soli Deo Gloria Orchestra, and soloists: Louise Fauteux, soprano; Judith Bowers, contralto; Jerron Jorgensen, tenor; and bass Craig Hart under the direction of Dr. Edward Bolkovac.  The Cathedral is located at 140 Farmington Avenue, Hartford, CT.

The Sacred Sounds Concert Series at the Cathedral of Saint Joseph presents 14 full-scale concerts annually to the city of Hartford, making it one of the foremost music series in the region. Headed by Archdiocesan Music Director Dr. Ezequiel Menéndez, guest performers for the 2013-2014 season will include The Hartt School orchestras and choirs, The New Haven Symphony Orchestra, The Farmington Valley Symphony Orchestra, as well as the Cathedral’s own choirs and orchestras.
