Sanford Winery winemaker Steve Fennell to visit Maximum Beverage
Winemaker Steve Fennell, general manager of Sanford Winery & Vineyards in California, will be at Maximum Beverage Thursday, March 13 from 4 to 6 p.m. The event will feature a presentation, tastings, and bottle signing.
Fennell is credited as being the pioneering producer who helped establish the Santa Rita Hills of Santa Barbara County as one of the world’s best regions for Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. He joined Sanford in 2006 after serving at two other wineries and studying enology.
“I bring an integrated approach that draws on my expertise in the vineyard as well as in winemaking,” Fennell said.
