A WNPR producer for The Colin McEnroe Show has made Connecticut Magazine's "Top 40 Under 40" list for 2014.

Each year, the magazine recognizes young artists, community leaders, entrepreneurs, athletes and artists, among others, based on nominations and the magazine's editors.

Chion Wolf, 33, a Farmington native, made the list.

Here's what Connecticut Magazine had to say about her

"It was Chion Wolf’s charitable spirit that opened doors for her at WNPR. After she volunteered for one of the station’s fund drives in 2006, the good deed led to an internship and eventually to 'The Colin McEnroe Show' as announcer, producer, writer and occasional sidekick," the website states. "A local celebrity in her own right now, Wolf also spends her time helping out arts organizations and many causes in the Greater Hartford community. She's also a founding member of the Hartford Hot Several marching band, in which she plays trash can bass drum, and champions the Hartford Has It campaign."

Farmington Patch featured Wolf in a December story about growing up in Farmington with her brother, Michael Gladis, an actor who stars in Mad Men. Read the full story here.
