First Church Hosts Community Carol Sing to Ring in Christmas Season
The community carol sing is on Sunday, Dec. 8.
In the movie, Elf, Buddy the Elf says, "The best way to spread Christmas cheer is singing loud for all to hear.
First Church of Christ is organizing a community carol sing in Farmington.
The public is invited to sing Christmas carols "around the Christmas tree on the Meetinghouse Green" to ring in the holidays, according to a press release. Hot chocolate will be served afterward in Porter Memorial Hall.
The second annual event starts at 5 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 8. The church is located at 75 Main St. in Farmington.
