Unionville Honors Heroes in Parade

Village gathers to celebrate and remember on Memorial Day.

Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts, Mudhogs, the crew and robotics teams were just a few of the local groups that joined the parade Monday, smiling, laughing and tossing candy into the crowd.

But all quieted when the parade concluded at the Penny Park gazebo for traditional readings of the Gettysburg Address, Flander's Field and America's Answer.
