The Unionville Village Improvement Association’s (UVIA) 2012 Ornament is the town’s Soldiers Civil War Monument. It is now available for sale during the holiday season along with others from previous years at Ryan's Pharmacy powered by Walgreens at 30 Mill St., Unionville.
A great holiday gift idea, UVIA has been producing and selling these holiday keepsakes celebrating historic Unionville annually since 2002. All ornaments retail for $12 each with proceeds to support improvement efforts throughout Unionville.
Available ornaments from the past include Sanford and Hawley, Unionville Gazebo, Congregational Church, Unionville Bridge, Methodist Church, Unionville Bank & Trust, Union School, Unionville Museum, Old Tunxis Hose Firehouse, and Saint Mary's Church.
