About Sophia: Sophia has been dancing since she was 2 years old. Her self-discipline and work ethic show in everything she does, but her passion for dance has caused her to excel. This past Christmas, Sophia performed her dream role as Clara in The Nutcracker ballet with Dance Inc. She and her family have been dancing in The Nutcracker for nine years. During this performance, her father played the role of Dr. Drosselmeyer, her brother Vincenzo played Fritz and her sister Pia danced as a Rag Doll.

Sophia attended Noah Wallace School before transferring to St. Joseph School. There she is a straight-A student, is active in student council, plays the violin and writes poetry. She had one poem published and has won awards. In addition, she was chosen to read a poem for her graduation ceremony.
