America’s Got Talent, 8 p.m., NBC

Lots of dancing last week – I always love that. I loved that “urban Glee” group – I hope they go far.

Hell’s Kitchen, 8 p.m., Fox

Season premiere: “The chefs must make their signature dishes.” I often find that a chef’s signature dish is not always his or her best. But that’s just me.

MasterChef, 9 p.m., Fox

Season premiere. Guess what? “The hopefuls prepare their signature dishes for the judges.”
