Dogs In The City, 8 p.m., CBS
So … this is fine. It’s sort of Victoria Stillwell-lite. I mean, one episode consisted of them teaching a large dog not to eat food it found on the streets. Not really compelling TV. But, it’s summertime, and if it ever gets warm around here and we can crawl out form under the layers of fleece blankets and go outside, then we will stop watching. For now, it’s fine.

“The team heads to Warsaw, Kentucky to help out the owner of a 200-year-old mansion along the Ohio River; the team travels to Huron, Ohio to investigate activity inside an abandoned grain mill.” Why on earth would anyone even know that an abandoned grain mill had ghosts?
