“Tamera divides her time between Napa and Los Angeles; Tia tries to increase her social activities; Tamera is upset when her sister neglects to tell her about a new film role.” OK, not to judge, but if you watch this show regularly then there is something wrong with you.

Bunheads, 9 p.m., ABCFamily

“Tired with her career as a Las Vegas showgirl, a woman starts life anew by impulsively marrying a man and moving to his sleepy coastal town.” And then … she drinks.
