HBJ: Levy & Droney Dissolving

Most of the firm's attorneys reportedly will be joining Hartford firm.

Farmington will soon be losing the prominent law firm Levy & Droney, the Hartford Business Journal reported today.

The firm, which has been in business since 1974 and is located at 74 Batterson Park in Farmington, will be dissolving, with 15 of its lawyer and several secretaries and paralegals joining the Hartford firm Hinckley, Allen and Snyder LLP. 

The Hartford Business Journal cites an unnamed source, saying the change will take place Jan. 1.
