Private practice names Kim Toothaker to Farmington location.

ProEx, a physical therapist owned private practice specializing in orthopedics, spine and sports medicine has named Kim Toothaker of Farmington, CT as an Exercise Technician at its Farmington location, at 3 Farm Glen Blvd.

In this role, Toothaker’s wide-range of responsibilities includes assisting staff Physical Therapists with patient care.

Toothaker, who has experience as a Physical Therapist Aide, graduated from the University of Maine in Orono with a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science.

Originally from Winthrop, Maine, Toothaker presently resides in Farmington where in her spare time she likes to run, hike, ski and spend time with family and friends.
