Many young people learn by watching others, especially parents. Children learn social skills, manners, respect and confidence by watching their parents. They almost watch your every move, what you do and how you do it, whether it's eating, exercising, drinking, driving, or wearing a seatbelt. They also watch how you deal with emotions and how you treat other people. The experiences children have with their parents will affect how they behave. Research also shows parent’s behavior has one of the biggest impacts on a teen's behavior and when parents are good role models, teens do better in life.

Help your son on the journey to becoming a man.

There are so many young men who have yet to feel as though they know if they are becoming a man or when it’s the moment they become a man. It is one of the most important questions a man tries to answer and learn throughout his life.

The definition of becoming a man is widely different. If a parent is brave enough, they should ask their son what he thinks being a man means.

A teenage boy also needs guidance to construct his own self and learn who he is. He needs to find a role and purpose in life. Without a purpose or any guidance he might have a ....
