Democratic Town Committee Elects Officers

New chairman plans renewed commitment to values, American Dream.

Looking to revitalize the party and build on past wins, the Democratic Town Committee elected a new slate of officers recently.

Several familiar faces fill the ranks. Chairmanship passes from first-district councilor Mike Demicco to former treasurer Rob Huelin. Huelin also served as acting chairman in 2010, Town Councilor in 2006-2007 and as president of Farmington Future.

“I’m very honored the Democrats have elected me to be their next chair,” said Huelin, thanking first-district councilor Mike Demicco, who served as chairman for four years.
