Radical Reels Action Films Coming to Farmington High School

Proceeds benefit Farmington Recreation Department.

Join hundreds of extreme sports enthusiasts this Friday when the Radical Reels tour, a program of the Banff Centre, comes to Farmington High School. Proceeds from the ticket sales will benefit Farmington Recreation.

“Faster, Steeper, Higher, Deeper! The Radical Reels Film Tour complements the Banff Mountain Film Festival World Tour and focuses on dynamic, high-adrenalin films featuring sports such as skiing, climbing, kayaking, BASE jumping & mountain biking,” the centre’s website explains.

“Farmington Recreation is so pleased to be involved with the Radical Reels tour again this year,” said Priscilla Peale, Town of Farmington Recreation Supervisor. “This is our second year being part of this fall event. We also look forward to being part of the Banff Mountain Film Festival World Tour for the second year on Monday, February 27, 2012.”

A representative from the Banff Centre will be at the event introducing the films and explaining what each film is about.
