Since Christmas Day, the ground has been pretty much covered with the white stuff, but it may not be around for long.
The National Weather Service is predicting a significant warming trend this weekend, with temperatures expected to reach 53 degrees in Farmington on Sunday and snow is already disappearing from sledding hills around town.
On Saturday, there is a slight chance of rain with a high temperature of 49. The overnight low should be 39 degrees.
On Sunday, the National Weather Service calls for a chance of showers after noon and a high near 53 degrees.
Winding Trails has closed down its ski trails until the next snowstorm but is preparing for ice skating on the pond at the next cold snap.
