Farmington's Eagle Open Golf Tournament Coming Up

The Parent Teacher Organizations of Farmington’s

elementary schools are excited to announce that the 13th Annual Eagle Open Golf Tournament will take place on Monday, May 12,

2014 at Farmington Woods Country Club in Farmington, with dinner

to

follow.

This event is unique for bringing together all four Farmington elementary schools- East Farms, Noah Wallace, Union and West District Elementary Schools- in a combined effort to raise funds to support valuable programs, equipment and services that enrich the lives of the elementary school children in Farmington.

The Farmington school district, home to some of the state’s best public schools, does an excellent job in preparing our children for the future.  Our PTOs have a strong tradition of complementing their efforts by adding as many additional resources as we can.  The Eagle Open enables the Parent Teacher Organizations to support the activities, resources and services that enrich the curriculum for elementary school children.  In the past, the proceeds from this event have supported, for example, guest authors,

computers and technology, teacher supplies, additional recreation equipment, and student enrichment programs.

Whether you are a golfer, golf enthusiast or community minded supporter, the Eagle Open offers a way for you to make a real difference in the lives of elementary school children in Farmington.  We welcome golfers, corporate sponsors, in-kind donors, volunteers, and more.
