Barre Fitness Classes

Barre Fitness Classes are the hottest new workout for 2014! Classes utilize the Ballet Barre, light weights and Pilates/Yoga based moves to target thighs, glutes and core! The classes are low impact and great for all levels. We have advanced to beginner levels in all our classes. Come join us Saturdays at 10am or Mondays at 7pm at our Fitness Loft.
