Envisionfest Hartford 2013

Come join the fun! This is a free, one day, festival at 21 venues in Hartford for anyone who loves:
1) Music - steel drums at the Wadsworth, Beauty & the Beast dance party at the Bushnell, Latin dance lessons at Bushnell Plaza, jazz, Latin American, Brazilian, & Argentinian music at the library and Old State House and much, much, more;
2) Street Fairs - over 30 artists selling their wares, food vendors of every sort;
3) Theatre - Hartford Stage will have a variety of performances in Bushnell park, You can join the fun or just watch;
4) Public Art - be a part of history as a variety artists work with attendees to build public art spaces throughout the city;
5) Games - play Giant Jenga, Giant Chess, Giant Connect 4, mini-golf or help build an 8' foot puzzle of Hartford
6) History - tours available at the ancient burial ground, the Soldier's memorial Arch, Old State House and more;
7) plus, poetry, bounce houses, farmer's market, face painting, photography exhibits, puppets, yoga, and too much to explain!
