Gentle Yoga is designed to revitalize your body, increase energy, reduce stress, and cultivate deep relaxation. This class is well-suited for beginners and people with heart, back or joint problems. Experienced students will enjoy the healing and deep relaxation aspects of this slower paced, less strenuous class. Instructor Tim Molnar has been practicing Yoga since 2003 and has a teacher certificate from West Hartford Yoga. Take all 6 classes for $50 or pay $10 p/class to just drop in!
