Farmington Garden Club Founders' Fund Celebration

The Farmington Garden Club will hold its annual Founders' Fund Celebration with a lecture and slide show on Monday, February 10, 2014 from 12:00 to 1:00 PM. This lecture is part of the club's mission to the community and is free and open to the public. It will be held at

the Farmington Main Library and is located at 6 Monteith Drive, Farmington, CT.

Louis Raymond will give a talk and slide show, entitled "Hedging the American Dream: Privacy & Horticulture in the U.S." Louis has been designing and installing gardens full of uncommon

and astonishing horticulture, creating flower shows, and lecturing across the

country for more than twenty years. His work has been featured in many major publications, and he has enjoyed appearing on a variety of national and local television shows. (www.louistheplantgeek.com)
