Farmington, CT – Locally owned CT Liberty
Mortgage, LLC is pleased to offer ongoing education to the community titled
“The Learning Hour”.  This seminar will
provide information for both potential homebuyers and those looking to
refinance.  The new program was developed
out of a need for consumers, as navigating the mortgage process can be very
overwhelming.

Owner Cara Britton states, “We
realize that so many consumers today research the internet when they start the
home buying or refinancing process.  The
amount of information available can be extremely confusing.  We are seeking to simplify the process and
most importantly develop a relationship that can be relied upon.”

CT Liberty Mortgage encourages local
real estate agents to attend The Learning Hour with their clients.  Trish Murphy, Realtor with Coldwell Banker of
Avon states “CT Liberty Mortgage is always thinking outside the box.  The Learning Hour is a wonderful opportunity
for homebuyers to ask questions in an informal setting without the sales
pressure.”

The
program will run on the second Wednesday of every month from 7-8pm at the
company’s office in Farmington.  Interested
parties can call 860.606.0099 or email info@ctlibertymortgage.com to
reserve a spot in advance.

CT
