Katherine Kane, Executive Director of the Harriet Beecher Stowe Center, will speak at the Village Lecture Series. Her talk is entitled "Harriet Beecher Stowe and the Tragedy of Slavery." The Stowe Center presents programs such as the award winning Salons at Stowe and awards the biennial Harriet Beecher Stowe Prize for writing promoting social justice. The Village Lecture Series is now in its 12th year. Tickets are $10.00 for adults and $5.00 for students/children.
