Beth Kintner endorses Ellen Siuta, Paula O'Brien and Bill Beckert for Board of Education

I am writing to express my whole-hearted support for three incumbent candidates currently running for re-election to Farmington’s Board of Education.  Ellen Siuta, Bill Beckert and Paula O’Brien posses an unmatched working knowledge of our town’s excellent school system and demonstrated experience in implementing key improvements in our schools.   Decisions being made today will affect our town’s education system for years to come.  It is crucial that we elect strong, experienced candidates who have the best interest of all of our town’s students at heart.  I am confident that Mrs. Siuta, Mr. Beckert, and Mrs. O’Brien will continue to bring this important element to their work on the Board of Education.

The climate of education today is one of constant change, and the Board of Education is faced with the difficult challenge of ensuring our schools maintain their standard of excellence, while at the same time being responsible to the town’s taxpayers.  I have been closely involved with the town’s budgetary process for several years, and these three incumbents have certainly proven their capability in this essential aspect of their positions.

I know Mrs. Siuta, Mr. Beckert, and Mrs. O’Brien to be hard working and trustworthy advocates for the quality of education for all of Farmington’s students.  I encourage you to join me in voting for this talented team this November 5th.
