“Explore Farmington: History is All Around Us” Coloring Book

The Farmington Heritage Alliance, an association of heritage organizations in Farmington Village and Unionville, has created a coloring book highlighting historical sites throughout Farmington. The coloring book, which was made possible through the generosity of the Farmington Chamber of Commerce, includes nineteen illustrations drawn by local architect and chair of the Historic District Commission Hilary Donald and a word search puzzle. The coloring book makes a great gift designed to introduce children to the wide variety of heritage locations in the town and spark their interest in local history. The coloring book is available for purchase for $4 at the Farmington Visitor’s Center at the Stanley-Whitman House, the Farmington Historical Society, and the Unionville Museum. Proceeds go to support the Alliance’s heritage programs in Farmington.
