STATE REP DEMICCO ENDORSES SUFFREDINI

To Patch Reader:                                                            Sept. 30, 2013

I urge my neighbors in Farmington’s 1st District to re-elect Amy Suffredini to the Town Council.

Amy truly cares about people, takes the time to listen to their concerns, and works diligently to find common sense, practical solutions to their problems.  In her time on the Town Council, she has demonstrated her ability to work across party lines to achieve positive results for the residents of Farmington, particularly as the liaison to the Town Planning and Zoning Commission.

As a parent of two children in the Farmington public schools, Amy is committed to providing our town with outstanding public schools and services, while keeping our taxes reasonable and fair.

As a volunteer who has served with the Farmington Village Green and Library Association, Stanley-Whitman House, and Farmington Public School Foundation, Amy is dedicated to conservation and preservation issues.

As a realtor and founder of Senior Moving Services, Amy is sensitive to the challenges faced by seniors living on a fixed income, and is therefore committed to efficiency in government and the responsible allocation of revenues.

Amy Suffredini is a bright, personable, energetic and creative individual, having worked as an attorney and former prosecutor.  We are fortunate to have someone of her caliber on the Town Council, and would do well to return her there.

Please join me in voting for Amy Suffredini for Town Council on November 5th.

Thank you.                                                            Mike Demicco
