Mr. Frank Dolce, president of the Farmington chapter of UNICO, an Italian American service organization, recently presented a check to Ms. Rhonda Idleman, library media specialist at West Woods Upper Elementary School.  The donation will be used to purchase resources for the fifth grade Heritage and Immigration research project, which culminates with a Heritage Fair in the spring.  According to Mr. Dolce, the donation aligns with the organization’s objectives to promote  Italian heritage and culture, to assist with educational projects, and to support the local community.
