ConnectiCare's Mustache Moolah Raises More Than $700 for United Way

Four ConnectiCare employees in Farmington agreed to shave mustaches if they collected the most donations.

Last week a fun and exciting event called 'Mustache Moolah' took place at ConnectiCare.  As part of this event, four employees / participants from ConnectiCare agreed to shave their mustache in the event they received the highest amount of donations by the end of the week.  At the conclusion of the event, Mustache Moolah helped raise over $700 for the United Way!

Congratulations to Tony Tedeschi who had a surge of donations on the last day to be crowned the "winner" ending with a total of $278.14. Paul Lanza was next in line with total of $192.74, Greg Barbiero ended with $151.04 and Ezio Sabatino finished with $84.08.A special thanks to those that donated, the participants and Michael from 'Michael Anthony's' in Farmington for donating his time to do the shave.

Each year between August - November, ConnectiCare organizes a number of different fundraising events / activities to help benefit the United Way.  
This year ConnectiCare has been successful in raising over $100,000 from a variety of events!
