The less ingredients, the better. That’s why this recipe for a champagne cocktail from Delish is perfect!
While the folks at Delish used four different kinds of sorbet — lemon, coconut, peach and hibiscus — one will work just fine, especially if you’re on a budget!
- Assorted sorbets
- Chilled Champagne or sparkling wine
- Place martini or wine glasses in freezer for 30 minutes or until very cold.
- Fill chilled glasses with five or six small scoops of sorbets.
- Top with champagne.
