The following real estate transactions were recorded in deeds filed at the town clerk's office:

$175,000, 17 Gail Road, from Estate of Viola St. Pierre to Pawel and Barbara Mordasiewicz on Sept. 19, 2011.

$180,000, 122 Farmington Chase Crescent, from Andrew Gardner to Denise Sokolowski on Sept. 15, 2011.

$186,000, 7 Buena Vista St., from Estate of Donald Perrault to Julie Nearing on Sept. 19, 2011.

$245,000, 7 Holmes Circle, Trustee of Gloria Randall to Antonio and Maria Pascoal on Sept. 16, 2011.
