Below, you'll find links for CSA's in and around Hartford, CT

Families purchase shares (or half-shares, or bimonthly shares) of produce that is either picked up or delivered to them, fresh from the farm, each week during the growing season. Some farms encourage pick-your-own, in some you get to help out on the farm. What a great field-to-table lesson for the whole family!


There are lots of wonderful CSAs in our area... see our master list below. 


Fair Weather Acres: Pumpkin patch, Fall festival, corn maze, straw or hay bale maze, child-sized haybale maze, hay rides, wagon rides, gift shop, snacks and refreshment stand, restrooms, Bouncy castle or moon bounce. CSA too! Pre cut Christmas Trees, wreaths and boughs.


Oxen Hill Farm: A small-acreage family farm located in both Suffield and East Granby, CT. We operate a diversified USDA certified organic vegetable operation that primarily serves our CSA customers, while also catering to local restaurants and farmers' markets


Wild Carrot Farm LLC: USDA Certified Organic Vegetables, Fruits, Flowers, and Herbs. Vegetable and Flower Plants. Farm to School and School to Farm Programs.


Gray Dog's Farm: An all natural, pasture grass fed meat CSA farm, using silvopasture, holistic management, and permaculture methods. We feed non-GMO grains without hormones or subtherapeutic antibiotics. Pickup in Granby, CT.


Grow Hartford CSA: A project of the Hartford Food System, harvests thousands of pounds of organic fruits and vegetables at 3 different sites in Hartford. Most is donated to social service agencies in the city, but a portion is available for households through a CSA.


Botticello Farms: Botticello Farms is a Family owned farm who caters to both the wholesale and retail customer. In operation, since 1973, we are the last operating farm located in Manchester, Connecticut.


Newgate Farms: A family owned, fresh market garden for 5 generations, since 1933 in Windsor, CT. With the help of our 5 children and 5 grandchildren we have diversified into small fruits and berries, greenhouse, cut flowers, and heirloom vegetable varieties.


Baggott Family Farm: Located in the Connecticut Valley. Uses sustainable farming practices to grow local produce. Provides the most nutritious, freshest produce (picked daily) to our customers. Also a great selection of annuals and perennials at our garden center.


Sub Edge Farm: Our farm is located on Town Farm Road in Farmington and Tillotson and Old Farms Roads in Avon, Connecticut on 289 acres in the heart of the rich Farmington River valley.


Killam & Bassette Farmstead LLC: We raise non-GMO, fresh, quality veggies & fruits, picked that day or the day before as well as our own, non-GMO, all natural, USDA Pork as well as homemade jams, pear & applesauce, pickles, & relish (all made only from the produce on our farm).


Urban Oaks Organic Farm: We operate as a non-profit organic farm, in an urban neighborhood in New Britain, CT. We farm seasonal crops all year around. We deliver to many restaurants, caterers and schools around the state.


Chicoine Family Farm LLC: We are a small family farm located in East Windsor, CT. We have free range hens, goats and two donkeys. We primarily sell farm fresh eggs and produce.


Wind Hill Community Farm: We are a community-based, nonprofit farm with an educational mission to promote the health, environmental, economic and overall well-being benefits of buying local produce.


Longview Hill Farm: We are committed to providing our customers with the freshest, local and pasture-raised poultry. Simpaug Farms: Simpaug Farms is a working farm located in the Connecticut River Valley and is part of the Farmland Preservation program. Preserving this rich farmland protects Connecticut's history while maintaining local food sources and local jobs.


Garlic Farm: Though the farm takes its name from the crop that was our original specialty; we now devote just as many acres to tomatoes and peppers as to the garlic.


Serafina Says Farm: Serafina Says Farm is a superfood and vegetable farm growing nutritious and delicious vegetables, sprouts, microgreens, wheatgrass and making hand-made artisanal living foods. All food is organically grown, non-GMO, raw vegan, and CT Grown.
