New York International Children's Film Festival at Real Art Ways: Animated Shorts  The New York International Children's Film Festival is North America's largest festival of film for children and teens, and stands at the forefront of a movement to define new, more compelling film for kids.

Easter Cup Cake Basket & Cookie Workshop Lyman Orchards! Children will have a great time dressing up like a real baker to decorate an Easter Cupcake Basket and Cookie. Pre-paid reservations are required. Workshop fee is $15.00 per person. Please call 860.349.6043 to make your reservations.



Bunny Breakfast at Stew Leonard's in Newington!  Sign up for a special Bunny Breakfast at Stew Leonards hosted by the Easter Bunny & his friends. Each child will receive a free copy of Stewie the Duck Learns to Swim, Easter coloring sheets, and will be able to take a photo with the Easter Bunny.

Easter Gala at the Bristol Children's Library! Families are invited to visit the Bristol Library for this FREE event that will include a magic show, visit with the Easter Bunny, face painting, Easter crafts, games and more! Pre-registration is required for the Magic Show as spaces are limited.

Burlington Eggstravaganza! at Burlington Parks and Rec. Head to Burlington for the annual Eggstravaganza where you and your kids will enjoy entertainment and a visit from Peter Rabbit! A fun Candy Hunt follows the festivities! Space is limited, so please pre-register on the website.

Animal Demonstrations at The Children's Museum in West Hartford. Bring your kids to the Wildlife Sanctuary and the Main Exhibit Hall at the Children's Museum in West Hartford for live animal demonstrations!

2014 Kaleidoscope Ball: Growing Healthy Children, Healthy Communities at Stepping Stones Museum for Children. The 2014 Kaleidoscope Ball is sure to dazzle and delight with an evening of fine dining, distinguished entertainment, joyful dancing and unique auction items! We examine topics such as native plants; how to make and monitor bluebird houses; how to read animal tracks; tree identification; invasive plant removal and more!

Community Easter Egg Hunt at First Church in Farmington! Bring your kids to this fun, annual event on the Church Green in Farmington! Egg hunt, moon bounce, and a visit with the Easter Bunny! This is a rain or shine event.

PJ Passover at Kidcity! at Kidcity. Kids and adults can participate in a myriad of Passover activities like Chocolate Seder Tasting, do-it-yourself Afikomen Bags and Matzah Covers, full access to all of the Kidcity exhibits,stories and singing. Your kids will have a ton of fun!

Shark Dive Observation at the Maritime Aquarium in Norwalk The Maritime Aquarium's dive team spends quality time with the sand tiger sharks, lemon shark and other creatures. Thanks to a cool communication link, you can even talk with the divers while they're in the exhibit with the sharks!
