The Annual Wooden Boat Show at the Mystic Seaport! See more than 100 traditional classics and contemporary wooden boats of every type at the 23rd Annual WoodenBoat Show — a festival hosted in partnership with WoodenBoat Publications that celebrates the design and craftsmanship of wooden craft.

Talcott Mountain Music Festival at the Simsbury Meadows Performing Arts Center: Midsummer Mozart at Hartford Symphony Orchestra. Celebrate all summer long at the HSO’s Talcott Mountain Music Festival! Pack your picnic, attend with family and friends & relax under the stars. Kids can enjoy free activities such as games, crafts, the “Instrument Zoo,” & more in the Family Tent!

Teddy Bear Sleepover at the West Hartford Public Library: Noah Webster. Join us for songs, a craft, games and a bedtime story! Teddy Bear (or other stuffed animal friend) will stay the night. On Saturday, your child will discover what happened to the bears during the night! Registration is required.

Free Movies After Dark at Riverside Park: Jaws! Enjoy a lovely summer evening at Riverside Park and catch a classic movie with your kids! Make sure they're brave though, tonight's feature is JAWS!!

Farming Through the Years and POP Kids Club Day at the Ellington Farmers Market! Bring your family to the Ellington Farmers Market for fresh food, amazing products, entertainment, demonstrations and more! It'll be a spectacular day in the great outdoors for you and your kids!

Kids Night Out at the New Britain Yourh Museum at Hungerford Park. Your kids will have a fun night at the New Britain Youth Museum at Hungerford Park! Kids Night Out includes a delicious dinner, yummy snacks, animal encounters, crafts and MORE! Pre Registration is Required.
