Junk Food: Gangnam Style! [With Video!]

Created by gag writer Steve Kanaras and cartoonist Matt Ryan, Junk Food is a whimsical take on our universe. An off-shoot of the popular A La Cartoons, Junk Food will now be available on Patch.

Junk Food is presented by Free Lunch Studios and featured on Patch.

Free Lunch head honchos Steve and Matt have been collaborating on comics since they were in high school, and are honored to have the opportunity to showcase their work with Patch readers. Please let us know what you think of the cartoons in the comments section.

This week's edition pokes fun at the breakout hit song of the season, "Gangnam Style" by Korean pop artist Psy. Haven't heard "Gangnam Style" yet? Check it out here – it already has 226 Million views on YouTube. There is also a video attached to this post with Matt showing part of the creative process behind drawing this week's strip.

Thanks for reading and enjoying our cartoons!

Great strip! Thanks to Matt and Steve for offering us humor, social commentary and insight into the workings of two twisted minds. Very interesting how illustrations are done these days. Does anyone know where I can get the book that Matt and Steve just did? Not sure if it's out yet but I can't wait to see their first mass market work!
