McLean Presents 2nd Retirement Living Luncheon Lecture

The Village at McLean is offering the second in its series of five FREE lectures and light luncheons on Monday, May 13th, “Consider a Life Care Plan – The Ultimate Protection for Elders and Their Families” presented by Stephen O. Allaire, Elder Law Attorney, and Charlotte E. Audet, Elder Care Coordinator, Ruggiero Ziogas & Allaire, Attorneys at Law. Life Care Planning is a revolutionary new way to respond to the challenges created by long life, long-term illness or disability. A Life Care Plan benefits families before, during and after transitions to care levels. Elder Care Coordinator, Charlotte Audet, can help locate the right care and community services, offer family education, coordinate care and serve as an advocate for high-quality care. As an Elder’s condition progresses, attorney Stephen Allaire develops a plan of action to handle the legal, financial, health care, housing and long-term care needs in the future.
Come enjoy a light lunch and meet some of the Village residents.  The luncheon lecture will be held from 12:45-2:30 p.m. at The Village at McLean, Burkholder Community Center, 100 Sarah Lane, Simsbury. To register for lunch and lecture, call 860-658-3786.
