So ... that was depressing news on Friday that I'll Have Another was injured and not only scratched from the race but retired. On the other hand, no one needs to live through another Eight Belles situation, so I am glad that those in charge of that magnificent stallion's life made the right decision. NBC execs must be weeping into their (insert Belmont race track signature drink name here) over the ginormous loss in ratings they will see.
Game 5, Devils-Kings. My husband and son have actually been watching the Cup this year, which is why we are getting a new TV. They cannot see the puck.
