Man Arrested Again After Domestic Incident

Arrests for Aug. 20

Clifton Barrett, 26, of 98 Farmington Ave., Hartford, was arrested by warrant Aug. 16 at the intersection of Farmington Avenue and Crescent Avenue. He was charged with second-degree failure to appear. He was released on $750 surety bond and scheduled to appear Aug. 29, 2011.

Jorge Cuascut, 45, of 102 New Britain Ave., Unionville, was arrested Aug. 16 at home and charged with second-degree breach of peace during a domestic incident, police said. Cuascut was released on $10,000 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear Aug. 17, 2011. According to the Connecticut Judicial Branch website, Cuascut was arrested the next day by Troop H Police out of Hartford and charged with violation of a protective order. He was released on $150 cash bond. The next court date in that case is scheduled for Sept. 22, 2011.

Khayani Brown, 18, of 837 New Britain Ave., was arrested Aug. 16 by warrant and charged with second-degree forgery and sixth-degree larceny. She was released on $1,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear Aug. 23, 2011.

Carolina Bondoc, 36, of 7 Steven St. Apt. C. West Hartford, was arrested Aug. 18 at Westfarms mall and charged with sixth-degree larceny. She was released on $1,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear Aug. 24, 2011.
