Accident Closes Plainville Avenue

Accident reportedly serious; road not expected to reopen soon.

A serious multi-vehicle accident on Plainville Avenue by Silversmith has shut down Plainville Avenue. 

According to police, the road has been shut down between Burlington Road and Coppermine and is not expected to reopen soon.

A news alert reported that one person was unresponsive with ambulances, Tunxis Hose and police on scene.
