Arrests for Oct. 2

Matthew Ward, 21, of 21 Greenwood St., New Britain, was arrested Oct. 2 on West Main Street and charged with two counts of second-degree failure to appear. He was held on $6,500 surety bond and scheduled to appear Oct. 3, 2011.

 Inna Babiyev, 25, of 36 Wellington Drive, was arrested by warrant Oct. 2 at home and charged with violation of probation. She posted $2,500 surety bond and was scheduled to appear Oct. 11, 2011.

Allison Benham, 20, of 1042 Clintonville Road, Wallingford, was arrested Oct. 2 at the intersection of South Main Street and Mill Street. She was charged with failure to drive right, operating under the influence under the age of 21, operating under the influence and possession of alcohol by a minor. She was released on $1,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear Oct. 12, 2011.

Edward Zonenberg, 44, of 5 Fox Den Road, West Simsbury, was arrested on Farmington Avenue after an officer reportedly saw him stopped on the side of the road. He was charged with operating under the influence and released on $1,500 non-surety bond. He was scheduled to appear Oct. 12, 2011.

Robert Barry, 18, of 29 Penfield Place, was arrested Oct. 2 at the intersection of Waterville and Aqueduct Roads and charged with failure to drive right, operating under the influence under age 21 and operating under the influence. He was released on $1,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear Oct. 12, 2011.

Olivia Fernicia Golding, 19, of 46 Lenox St., Hartford, was arrested Oct. 1 at JC Penney and charged with sixth-degree larceny. She was released on $500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear Oct. 11, 2011.

Jason Lipshez, 24, of 4 Circle Drive was arrested at home by warrant and charged with second-degree failure to appear and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released on $5,500 surety bond and scheduled to appear Oct. 11, 2011.

Joseph Caturia, 21, of 152 Vance St., New Britain, was arrested Oct. 1 at 94 South Street and charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle and operating under the influence. He was released on $1,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear Oct. 12, 2011.

Nelly Odette Pagan, 40, of 15 Paul Stprin Road, was arrested Sept. 30 at 51 South Street Extension and charged with disorderly conduct. According to an arrest report, Pagan is accused of assaulting her boyfriend during an argument. Pagan posted $500 surety bond and was scheduled to appear Oct. 3, 2011.
