AZ Brothers Arrested After Fight

Jessica Lynn Stockwell, 33, of 152 Scoville Road, Avon, was arrested Oct. 17 at the intersection of High Street and Mountain Road and charged with operating under suspension, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, operating under the influence, possession of less than 4 ounces of marijuana and traveling unreasonably fast. She was released on $1,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear Oct. 26, 2011.

Jake and James Davis, brothers who currently live in Pocahontas, Arizona, were arrested Oct. 16 at the Extended Day Motel after the pair fought each other, police reports said. Both were charged with second-degree breach of peace. Both were released on $500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear Oct. Oct. 17, 2011.

Michael Rodgriguez, 28, of 311 Mcclintock St., New Britain, was arrested Oct. 15 at Westfarms mall and was charged with falsely reporting an incident. According to arrest reports, Rodriguez reportedly told police his vehicle was vandalized at Westframs mall when the damage actually occurred in Hartford the night before. He was released on $5,000 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear Oct. 25, 2011.
