Robert W. Dudley, 44, of 270 Talcott Notch Road, was arrested Dec. 9 at home and charged with second-degree breach of peace. He was released on $500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear Dec. 10.
Allen Chin, 56, of 18 West Gate, was arrested Dec. 9 at Westfarms mall. He was released on $250 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear Dec. 15. According to police reports Chin accused of shoplifting from Hallmark.
Kimberly Dera, 23, of 30 Edgewood St., was arrested at home Dec. 9 and charged with second-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct. She was released on $2,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear Dec. 10, 2010.
