Arrests for May 24

Denise Quiles, 29, of 638 Allen St., New Britain, was arrested May 23 by warrant in connection with a domestic incident. She was charged with second-degree harassment and released on $500 non-surety bond. She was scheduled to appear May 24, 2011.

Carla Blandin, 37, of 26 Crosswood Road, was arrested at home May 22 in connection with a domestic incident. Blandin was charged with second-degree breach of peace. She was released on $5,000 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear May 23, 2011.

Jonathan Blandin, 36, of 26 Crosswood Road, was arrested at home May 22 in connection with a domestic incident. He was charged with second-degree breach of peace. He was released on $5,000 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear May 23, 2011.

Philomena Palestini, 28, of 666 East St. Apt 2, Avon, was arrested May 21 at Westfarms mall and charged with sixth-degree larceny. She was released on $500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear May 25, 2011.

Matthew Mark Anthony Ashmead, 24 of 1380 East St. Apt 202, New Britain, was arrested May 21 at the intersection of Colt Highway and Waterside Drive and charged with failure to drive in the proper lane and operating under the influence. He was released on $5,000 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear June 1, 2011.

Matthew Sonak, 32, of 80 Third Ave., Stratford, was arrested May 21 on Town Farm Road and charged with failure to carry registration or insurance card, failure to keep right on a curve and operating under the influence. He was released on $1,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear June 1, 2011.

Michael Pileski, 29, 26 Dowd Ave., Canton, was arrested May 20 at the Canton Police Department and charged with disorderly conduct and second-degree harassment. He was released on $10,000 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear May 23, 2011.

Susan Elizabeth Bonilla, 43, of 9 Star Road, Ausable Forks, NY, was arrested May 20 at the intersection of Garden Street and Hawthorne Lane and charged with failure to drive right, following too close, no insurance and operating under the influence. She was released on $2,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear June 1, 2011.

Anthony Buccheri, 27, of 50 East Hill Road, Apt. 3P, Canton, was arrested by warrant May 20. He was charged with two counts of third-degree larceny, two counts of fifth-degree larceny and possession of burglar’s tools. He was held on $35,000 surety bond and scheduled to appear May 20, 2011.
